their side: red eyed purple second gen (originally released in 2008, extended release pet into 2009)+35 chicken dollars
their dog is worth the 3 month rule, since it was extended release (iirc), thats a 2009 rare.

your side: christmas 2009 sitting cat, 2010 rare sushi cat, 2012 uncommon, 2013 uncommon, 2022 internet event rare
your christmas 2009 cat is also worth the 3 month rule. sometimes sitting cats fetch slightly higher demand, but this particular pet doesn't have any special value - so a 2009 rare.

basically, the purple dog and your cat "cancel" each other out in value, more or less. maybe the dog is a little higher value because its a few months older, and the cat is late 2009. this leaves 35 chicken dollars for your 2010 rare, 2012 uncommon, 2013 uncommon, and 2022 rare.

2010 rares can go for 25-40 chicken dollars, 2012 uncommons can go for 7-9, 2013 uncommons can go for 5-7, and 2022 rares can go for 1-3. at their lowest value, this equals 38 chicken dollars, and at their highest value this equals 59. let's take the middle value and say they're worth ~49. this means that the trade is technically unfair to you, but this really depends on what you value your pets at in chicken dollars. its not egregiously unfair in my opinion, so whether you should accept depends on how you personally value the pets.

Unfair to them.
their side is worth a mid advent + 2 09 rares (10-11 09 rares), while your side is only 4 09 rares + a 10 uncommon + a 12 rare

considering the fact that the rudolph pps was going from uncommon to rare and back more than once in the past months I don't think it gets more than a 12 rares value
the sitting cats don't get more than their 3-month rule, just like the malk cats
