I'm inclined to say it's fair. Your zebra is worth roughly 0.5 non (worth 5-6 MA's), and their side is also roughly a higher 0.5 non (3 store dogs = 1.5 MA each, grinner = 2-3 MA's, buckskin PPS = 1 MA)

Looks good to me, but it depends how you value species!
