Witchdoctor Set - 2012 Halloween. I value each piece as a 2012 uncommon. This could go two (+ a third if you value them as rare each) ways depending on how you value uncommons to rares.

If you believe 4 uncommons = 1 rare, then this is the math below.
4 2012 uncommons = 1 2012 rare.
They are offering...
1 2011 rare --> 2 2012 rares. It would make it fair + some overpay.

If you believe 2 uncommons = 1 rare, then this is the math below.
4 2012 uncommons = 2 2012 rares.
They are offering...
1 2011 rare --> 2 2012 rares. It would make it fair + some overpay.

If you value each piece as a 2012 rare each, then this would be unfair to you.

Hopefully this provides a good set of options to work from based on your own personal preferences. (:

Dogs are a fair swap rarity-wise.

Angel Costume - 2011 Halloween. 2011 uncommon to rare.
Leather Wristband - June 2012. 2012 uncommon to rare.
Deep Space BG & Nebulae BG - 2015 CS Birthday. 2015 uncommon each.
Dogwood Necklace & Tulip Ear Clip - 2015 Easter. 2015 un/common each.
Wild Wig - 2017 Lost City Event. 2017 uncommon.

Using the C$ guide again for calculations...
[these are values I chose based on how I would value the items, so they can be changed around if you value an item higher/lower]
20-25 (Angel, 2011 rare) + 8-9 (Wristband, 2012 unc) + 4-5 + 4-5 (backgrounds, 2015 unc) + 4-5 + 4-5 (Necklace/Clip, 2015 unc) + 2 (wig, 2017 unc) =
46-56 C$

[numbers by themselves for easy swapping of values: 20-25 + 8-9 + 4-5 + 4-5 + 4-5 + 4-5 + 2 ]

You can change the values above if you have your own personal C$ guide you work from.

60 C$ seems fair for the items. Please get a second opinion though if you're unsure.
