first trade is unfair to the store unicorn, the items are all recent while the unicorn should get 2010 rare

second trade I would say could be a fair swap due to the extra baby snake

I know the null pps is worth 0.5 MA, and I've heard the red x cat is a regular very rare. Even with demand, I don't think it's worth more than the null pps.

it's really up to your personal preference, technically they are overpaying you plus they put in the light new lion that many people want...your side has 1 token pet which may or may not be rare but even if, they still overpay by 2 years difference

Someone can correct me if I’m wrong but I believe this is a relatively fair swap. I wouldn’t add anything to it.
The null PPS is worth .5ma which you know.
An ma = 6-9 ‘09 rares. So half of that would be 3- 4.5 ‘09 rares.
The red x sitting cat is worth the 3 month rule. While it has no special demand, sitting cats are on the popular side so the pet itself isn’t awful. It’s a 2009 very rare, and if you value your rares to very rares at at the 4:1 value, their pet is worth 4 ‘09 rares or .5ma.
