2017 stores are worth 45-50 c$ base value. Demand can put them higher depending on you or your partner’s preferences/opinions, but I would say this is fair.

Top is over paying by quite a bit! The hour wait random chance pets typically end up being uncommon since you can get them from early in the event. The token dog will likely be uncommon as well but is more likely to be rare than the snake.
