is this fair? i thought a recent store pet is around a 2010ish rare

First trade is unfair to you. A recent store pet is worth an early '11 rare, though can push towards late '10 rare as well. Prices are still fluctuating. Recommend checking out this post for average store pet prices. Very helpful to have on hand!

For the second trade, a 2021 store pet is worth a late '10 rare. 4 '12 uncommons --> 2 '11 uncommons --> 1 '10 uncommon using 2:1 rule. Thus, this is also unfair to you.

This covers your 5 2022 uncommon equivalents and 2 2022 commons. This would leave 9 2022 common equivalents on your side that are unaccounted for. If you're okay with that, then definitely take it! Otherwise, it is a tad unfair to you and you could probably ask for a couple more pets. (:

I'd say this is unfair to the bottom side. According to this page, the PPS fetches 1.5-2 MA while the bottom has 3 MA worth.

Got this trade for six 2016 Easter items and a Space Event item.

I’ve been told most items are valued at an uncommon from their release year but none of the pets on their side are uncommon and most are from 2017 and not 2016. However based on their trade rules it seems like they deal in items a lot more than I do so are these items worth less for some reason?
