all of their items are pretty recent, with the oldest being from 2019 halloween so not worth much compared to the worth of the zodiac dog. (zodiacs are worth 2-3 '09 rares, they go for 3 more often as they have good demand)
their three rares are from 2011, 2010 and 2009 respectively, imo this trade is unfair to the zodiac by at least another '10 rare

i'm fairly sure the sunflower rat from 2009 isn't on any list so it's worth 2 '09 rares, plus 3 '10 rares and the 2009 rare. 200 c$ is worth roughly a low advent
the malk elemental goes for about 1 ma, i would say this trade is fair

i believe the two vr tess cats are worth an '09 rare each and any additional demand is up to user preference? in which case the c$ would already be overpay as an '09 rare is worth between 35-55 c$. even if you were to value the cats at double their worth because of demand, their side would still be overpay
