I can answer the first one for now, as I don’t have the time to math out the second one.

Your store pet is worth 2 ‘09 rares, and their valentines malk horse is worth 4 ‘09 rare’s. You’d have to add to make it fair for them.

their store is commonly worth .5ma and the malk horse is a high october list so is also worth .5ma, i would consider this fair.

your fairy foxes are worth an '09r each, maybe a little more, with the pps being generally worth 2-3 or ~.5ma due to popularity. their bone pps is worth 1ma. with 1 ma = 6-9 '09r and your pets totaling around ~5-6 '09r, i would consider this fair, just personal preference of which pets you would prefer :)

they are overpaying as their uc is from '11, which would be worth 2 '11c. your pets are much older so this would be unfair to them.

first trade;
their side;
'17 store = '09r per = 2 '09r
'19 store = '10r per = 8 '10r = 4 '09r (may fetch more due to lion popularity, strictly using rarities for calculation purposes)
'22 store = '11r per = 3 '11r = 1 '10r + 1 '11r
total = 7 '09r + 1 '11r (again strictly rarity)

your side;
brown cookie = 1ma
with 1ma = 6-9 '09r this would technically be fair, but on the lower end. t7 dogs commonly fetch the higher end.

second trade;
their side;
'15 manticore = .5ma (~3-4 '09r)
'17 store = 1 '09r by rarity, but very popular so can definitely fetch more (for math i'll use 2 '09r)
2 griffons = each worth 1 '09r strictly rarity wise but commonly fetch more (for math i'll use 2 '09r)
'21 store = 1 '10r
strictly value/rarity wise = 6-7 '09r
with demand (not 100% accurate, but a decent estimate) = 8-9 '09r

honestly this trade all depends on your personal value of their store pets. demand plays a huge part in the value of '17 stores specifically since those sets are very popular. there is no steady demand-based worth that i have noticed while combing through multiple threads (fair trade, successful vr/omgsr trades, etc). in c$ trades, gryphons can fetch around 1-2 '09r worth. i believe these were also already answered on pg 753.

@DisneyLuv in response to pg. 764, i think you're using the 4:1 rule instead of the 2:1 rule. it's not wrong at all, it's just that most people don't use it. check out this explanation here of the 2:1 rule. it explains that 1 '09vr = 2 '09r = 4 '10r, simplified for what was addressed, 2 '09r = 4 '10r, or 1 '09r = 2 '10r. 2 '10r does also = 1 '10vr like you said, but this also means that 1 '10vr would = 1 '09r (easier to explain if you split the '10vr into 2 '10r = 1 '09r). i hope this kind of explains it! again, you're not wrong at all, it's just the 2:1 rule seems more common :)

There isn’t a whole lot of trade data on that unicorn specifically, so I’m not sure of it’s demand. It’s base value is one early ‘09 rare. The other user is valuing it at 1-2 ‘09 rares. This would be considered fair, if demand is factored in, and it would just be a matter of preference for you.
