Your watermelon dog is worth a mid advent ( 6-9 09 rares)
Their side includes a low advent brown heart rat (4-6 09 rares) . If you put it at the lower end their side is a bit over 5.5 09 rares , higher end a bit over 7.5 . I’d personally keep the dog on your side due to demand of rats

This is slightly unfair to you. The 3 2019 store pets all swap but the late 2010 rare makes their side under as your fourth store pet is worth an early 2010 rare.

Malk drag 1 09 rare ( May go for over pay due to demand , again trader based )
White rainbow leopard dog 2 09 rares
Total 7 09 rares or 1 Mid advent ( 6-9 09 rares)

While the pets on their side do have good demand it would still be very unfair to you,
