Second trade is very unfair to you, your items are from April 2013 and worth about a ‘13 uc each

This trade is very very unfair to them. Your side is just a regular 2014 uncommon which I routinely sell for 7 c$ each. The amount they’re overpaying is a lot and makes me think they may not know the value. I would highly recommend you edit to let them know.
