1 - None of the items they want are worth anything significant, so it's up to you if you want to give up your bulk items.

2 - Fair, but rats don't have good demand. I'd decline this trade.

I would like to add. Items are worth an uncommon from there release year. they are also asking for a good amount of items that are always available and, like all free item sets, are a one time adopt. those items value depends on who you ask, some value them at nothing since in theory there is a set for every account made, I would say a recent uncommon would be a fair value to give them.
Im pretty sure this is a fair trade regardless.

trade two they are overpaying based on date and rarity, but like said before, rats dont have great demand and neither do horses. It is normally very difficult to trade them for most other species, especially cats and dogs

unfair actually. 2021 stores are worth a late 2010 rare
a 2022 store would be worth an early 2011 rare

items are worth an uncommon from their release year. I believe these are all from the same years/events. So it would be fair.
