I'd consider this a lot of overpay.
The Draft Horses have been selling recently for 100c$, and the staff pet isn't one of the highly sought out ones, so it's worth about 50c$. [I'd say 40-45c$ for 09 rares, but staff pets often get a little more than usual]
The rat is worth about x3 09 rares according to this post, which makes your side worth 300c$ at most.

Definitely unfair to you. The Flower/Toxic Rat is worth ~0.25-0.5 non, generally lower end.
[0.25 NON] = 3-4 MA / 25-37 09 rares ------ 500-700C$
