the creeps and cloud dog from 2013 are worth more because of demand (and maybe limited availability)
responses here indicate the creep goes for 1-3 09 rares
i couldn't find anything specific on the value of the cloud dog, only this
the dragoncat store pets get about 0.5 MA (source)
2016 store pets are usually valued at an early 09 rare.

the tess horse is worth 2 09's
tokens are selling for about 2 C$ right now -- 27 would be about 54 C$
animal egg 99 i'd value at about 3-4 C$, this is subjective though

their side seems to add up to about one MA, which is commonly valued at 300C$. I think they are asking too much from your side--i think it would be more fair if they asked for about 190 C$ instead

The White Creep Dog [Tic Tac Toe Dog for search function] is worth the three month rule. It has been seen reaching values of 2 09 rares due to its demand. I've seen it go for quite a bit in auctions, but auctions tend to lead to overpay. It is difficult to say what it usually trades for since there isn't any trade documentation for it, but overall, it typically gets overpay in some fashion.

The Cloud Castle Dog is also worth the three month rule. It also tends to get overpay as well for its design, but again, it is not documented. It is hard to say what it is worth with included demand.

Thus, any added value on the part of demand for the pet being an event pet (from the Slumber Party Event in 2013) or its design would be up to trading users.

2016 store pet (cheetah) valued at ~1 early '09 rare

Your side:
2009 Tess Horse - worth three month rule or 2 09 rares
It is up to you to determine how much you value your tokens. Everyone values their tokens differently, so I can't say for you what they should each be worth. Should be judged between you and your trade partner.
Same deal with Animal Egg 99. Typically it would be worth a 2022 uncommon, but due to demand right now, it could be worth more. Up to you to determine where that demand lays.
290 C$ falls right below the mid-value of 1.25 and 1.5 MA.
1.25-1.5 MA ------ 250-350C

It seems like this trade is slightly unfair to you.

[1 Mid Advent] = 6-9 09 Rares ------ 250-300C$

The ranges overlap, so have to guesstimate a bit.
