The staff pet and the sitting cat they are offering is only worth the three month rule, so their side is 1 ~2010 rare and 1 ~2009 rare.

The Shima Longtail, by purely rarity, is technically only worth the three month rule or 1 '09 rare. On account of high demand, however, the pet trades for significantly higher values.
Successful trades for the outcome suggests that the pet fetches between 2-3+ MAs with consistency, with occasional trades showing higher values x x.

Thus, from a demand standpoint, they are significantly underpaying.

Your Target Dog is worth ~2 MA x.

Zodiacs are worth between 2-3 09' rares or ~0.5 MA. I'll be using 3 09' rares or ~0.5 MA values for them since they are TD. Two Zodiacs makes a low ~1 MA.
This leaves 1 MA leftover in the Target Dog's price.
1 MA = 6-9 09 rares.

I don't believe the other pets added to the trade could make-up the remaining 1 MA after an initial overview over all of them.
Personally think this trade is unfair to you for this reason.

Which one is better? Note I have the SunJewel so it would just be to trade, so how difficult is it to trade? Also the grapes demand? I would end up keeping the moonswirl as I need it for my collection.

Most items are worth an uncommon from their year, but sometimes animal eggs go for a rare of their year. Technically this trade is fair, but animal egg 100 has high demand. It's up to you. You should probably get a second opinion, though.
