their side would only be fair for the sunjewel, not the sunjewel + avocado. they'd need .25-.5 more nons or 25-50 '09 rares.

I would say slightly unfair to you. If you look at recent trade data here, it appears the most common price for a TD Zodiac is 150 C$. The data also shows the price ranging between 150-200 C$, with 175 C$ being the second most common price.
