It’s been answered a few times already but I’ll add a bit more . If you’re not worried about trading the foal and it’s demand and want for your collection then overall it’s not a bad trade.
As mentioned previously the dog tags demand is mediocre at the moment so it varies from 1.5-2 nons
If you value it lower then it’s fair as their foal is solid 1 non and the sorbet .5 . You won’t have any problem trading off the sorbet .

I’d say this is unfair to you. Most token pets turn rare, occasionally uncommon. Those cows are definitely worth more than a recent common.
