Hello would anyone be able to help me with this trade? I count about 2.5non on the bulk side and wanted to see if I can get any opinions on if this is fair or not. Thank you in advance!

Their side:
Patchwork - ~1.5 nons (most consistently valued here, may be valued up to 2 nons) -x

Your side:
Light Leopard - 2 MA
Scarf PPS - ~2 MA, seems like true dates can reach ~3 MA, which is right around 0.25 nons
Blue Scarf Dog - 0.5 MA, has gone up up to 1 MA for a true date
White Scarf Dog - 0.5 MA, has gone up to 1 MA for a true date
Peppermint Ear Advent - 1 MA most commonly, has gone up to 2 MA for a true date
Sockdog - likely ~2ish MA, but little data
Mustard Heart Husky - 1 MA
Snowflake Advent - 1 MA
Purple Heart Husky - 1 MA
Hollyfox Dog - 0.25 nons
Pink Punk - 0.5 nons
Totals:
I'm going to use the higher values I found for true dates if I found trade data that showed that a particular pet trades more if they're TD. I believe most of the Mid Advents could probably reach 2 MA if they're true date, but if I didn't find trade data that reflected that, then I did not list it.
2 + 1 + 1 + 2 + 2 + 1 + 1 + 1 = ~11 MA
0.25 + 0.25 + 0.5 = 1 non
0.5 NON / 1 SORB = 5-7 MA... which means it's around ~2 nons on your side. 2.5 nons is possible when valuing the remaining true date Mid Advents as 2 MA.
Either way, this trade is unfair to your side.

lava/fire dragoncat = 0.5 MA
manticore lions may get overpay and could be valued between 2 09 rares and 0.5 MA

Your side: 7 09 rares
zodiac dogs are usually valued at 2-3 09 rares or 0.5 MA (closer to 3.5 09 rares) as a rerelease, i'd value yours at 3.
2017 store pets are said to be worth a mid 09 rare each
the other pets add up to 2 09 rares each

Would I be better off accepting this or holding onto my pets? 5.5-8 ‘09 rares is quite a large range of values ;v;

(The image you linked is the dark blue eyed GSD so I’ll be referring to that pet’s values as there’s not much data on the GSD litter)
From successful trades it looks like the GSD can trade for up to a MA but trade data is VERY limited.
The fairy rat litter (all of them trade similarly) goes for a MA solidly, and are exceptions to the rule of ‘rat demand’; they are relatively well liked and trade fairly easily.
Therefore this could be fair to the rat if you value the GSD at a MA, though I’m not sure if all traders do.

The second trade is unfair as the medieval faire dragon items are going for an ‘09 rare lately. Which would make them worth about 40 c$ each

2021 store pet valued at ~1 late '10 rare
x2 2022 store pets valued at ~1 early '11 rare each, 2 early '11 rares total
2013 Pink Token - token item, so valued as a 2013 rare
2015 Gold Token Egg - token item, so valued as 2015 rare
2 '11 rares = 1 '10 rare
2 '10 rares + 1 '10 rare = 3 '10 rares --> 1.5 09 rares, 2013 and 2015 rare items would not affect the trade that much

Your side:
1 2011 rare
1 2012 uncommon
Rainbow Corgi [storgi] - ~1+ MA

To put this into perspective, 1 MA = 6-9 09 rares. Their side, if being generous, can reach ~2 09 rares. This is really unfair to your side.
