Here is the most recent Sunjewel C$ trade data: x
The three most recent (all taking place in 2021) were 5000-6000 C$ (more towards 6000+ range).
Additionally, on the successful trade thread, it seems, as of 2022, it goes consistently for 3 nons. Sometimes up to 3.5 nons as well.
On Horror's list...
[3-3.5 NONS] = [~~6000-8000C$].
Based on the values I found, I would say it is fair.

Hollyfox Dog is a Mid Advent on Horror's list. 2 MA to 0.25 nons - x

Their side has the Brown Border Collie. It is also a Mid Advent on Horror's list. It usually reaches ~1 MA or 6-9 09 rares. A true date can reach 1.5 MA - x.
I personally believe this trade is unfair to you because the Hollyfox has much higher demand. It can consistently reach values of 2 MA or higher, while the Brown Border Collie only reaches 1.5 MA at its most.
