Technically it is fair in my opinion if you are fine with trading down. Other options would include waiting for a trade that fits the three month rule for a neutral trade (1 09' rare for 1 09' rare) or waiting to trade up.

your Whitestorm warrior cat goes for 1 MA (6-9 09 rares) and the Malk Penguin PPS horse is also placed at 1 MA, but the trade data on the PPS horse is a lot less than that of your Whitestorm warrior cat, as warrior cats have extremely high demand. this trade is fair, but it is harder to trade the Malk Penguin PPS than it is to trade the warrior cat. hope that helps!

your 2020 store pet is worth 1 mid 2010 rare, but can fetch a bit more than that due to high demand of store pets, and they have 5 2019 rares on their side, which equals to less than half of a 2010 rare, making this unfair to you.

So I have a couple trades that I am unsure of. I am uncertain how much some of the very rare pets are actually worth. I feel like I am a bit biased when it comes to the Malk pets, such as the heart dog/fox from valentines day. I don't want to make a trade unfair because I feel like my pet is worth a lot more than it actually is.

Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
