It is definitely not fair to you. Their side is only worth 0.6875 of a 2016 uncommon

i respectfully disagree--this is an instance where i feel like sticking strictly to the 2:1 rule is just isn't feasible. half of their offer is made of rare pets, but all the pets on the other side are uncommon and below. i honestly don't feel like it would be fair to trade all of those rare pets for a single uncommon regardless of the year. 2021 rares are definitely worth less than older rares but it seems unfair to equate them to such a low value because at the end of the day, a rare pet is still rarer than any uncommon.
for example, the 2:1 rule means that 2 uncommons = 1 rare, and 2 pets from one year = one pet from the previous year. if this is the case, then 1 2012 uncommon = 2 2013 uncommons = 1 2013 rare. but would it really be fair to trade a 2012 uncommon for a 2013 rare? some people may think so but i'm sure not everyone does, and personally i would prefer to keep the rare pets offered in this trade.

I see where your coming from (and agree that sometimes it just doesn't seem right!) but still would personally not accept this trade

I know nothing about the rare's list or any lists in general. Also not sure what "MA" means, but I received a trade offer for a purple toxic (not true date) and does this seem about right?

accourding to horrors list toxics are worth "0.25/0.5 non"
.25 nons=~25-37 09 rares

(the following values are just general and dose not take demand into account)
2015 stores = 2 09 rares each (10 total, possibly more since the pps manticore is included)
2016 stores = an early 09 rare
2017 stores = a mid 09 rare each (7 total)
2018 stores = a late 09 rare (since it is the pps griffin it might be worth more)
totaling 19 09 rares base value. I have seen most of these pets go for more though, so I believe with demand they would be worth .25-.5 nons

I would see about a second opinion though since demand can be difficult to judge
