January 2022 Discussion Thread

I just want to say that these months pets were beautiful! I haven't been active on CS the last few years, but I am back thanks to finally getting my own computer! this was a great month to come back to. Thank you to all the artists for your wonderful creations <3 I especially love these ones:

It's been a really fun month! It's the first I've been here all the way through and I really loved the outcomes. The chickens are definitely my favorite litter! Excited for next month in a big way! (My favorite chicken below)

I was able to have my bwolf litter in order of seasons (I think!) which I like a lot and am very happy with ^^

And I'm also loving the butters, the macaws and the rats ^.^

And I can't wait for tomorrow! If I'm not mistaken then we'll not only get new regular pets and store pets but also CNY pets. Year of the tiger! *Squee* 8D

i loved the pets from this month!!! i think this deer is my favourite, but it was a tough decision <3

Aaaa I loved so many pets this month, I can't choose a fav. The bwolves are gorgeous but I love the orange pink doge for its cellular vibe, and the chickens are beautiful and i actually love the lil babu rat

I was thinking about last months butterfly wolves and i was hoping to start a discussion on what they're based on/reminiscent of! I'm no butterfly expert but im hoping someone here is! These are my guesses

Eyy, you got them all right! I'm glad you enjoyed them!

(Fun fact: I was calling autumn 'bucks eye' because that's what google told me they were called, it's the same butterfly however)

I suppose I should tell you about the flowers too, spring is a rose and bluebells, summer is hollyhocks, autumn is acorns and mountain ash, and winter is yew!

Thank you for sharing the info, especially the flower part, I love that And I love yew! I am more familiar with the Buckeye name but I had no idea the other name existed ^^ If I had to pick, that one is my favorite from this litter (blue and orange are my favorite complimentary colors ever) though I feel I am slowly making a butterfly preserve because I keep trading for them hehehe
