The sorbet is worth 0.5-0.75 nons, and the remaining pets don't add to the gap. The other VR dog doesn't have any specific demand that would add either, but I could be wrong on that so get a 2nd opinion

August pps is 0.25 NON. (can go for more, depends)

2017 stores are worth a mid 09 rare each. (2 total = 2 09's)
2018 stores are worth a late 09 rare each. (9 total = 9 09's)
2020 stores are a mid '10 rare each. (6 total = 6 '10's)
2021 stores are a late '10 each (5 total = 5 '10's)
Pink striped sept is ~2 MA's. (1 MA is 6-9 09 rares)

TOTAL: 47 09's, 11 '10's (Now, this is just an estimation based off multiple trade pages and rarity pages)

It seems they are over paying.

Red panda pps = 0.5 MA

TOTAL:

3.5 MA's

Purple sleipner = ~2-3 MA's, can go for more depending on demand

Seems fair to me
