I'm gonna say yes, and it's a bit of overpay. King dog information is below, and I think the cat is from the '16 space event. So, you've got about 6 '09 rares worth.

don't worry! your friendly neighborhood bored insomniac has got you covered! so the cat goes for ~1 MA or 6-9 09 rares. The lions add up to maybe 1 and maybe a quarter (at most, really rough guess) '09 rares? One '09 rare goes for about 35-55C$, so uh this does not seem like a fair trade to me.

The orange outcome is worth the 3 month or 2 '09 rares (source below). Now, reg '16 store pets go for about an early '09 rare, and based on this, your trade is overpay. However, I feel like this lion has some demand inflating price. (I'm doing some searching and will edit if I find anything, but here's this for now.)

EDIT: I can't find squat, but I still feel like this is a good trade though it might have some overpay. Everything is subjective anyways, lol.

are any of these horses worth anything good?

All single color variations of the Rainbow Horse [excluding the Rainbow Mane as it is not a single color variation] first turned very rare in the 2019 rarity update x.
Both the Yellow and Orange outcomes generally trade for the three month rule or 2 '09 rares.
The Rainbow Tile Horse first turned very rare in March 2013 x - by purely rarity, the pet would be a fair swap for other pets which turned very rare at the same time including Whitestorm, the Tan October Moon, and the Red or Blue Aussie PPS pups.
Given how early the pet turned very rare, the pet may trade for slightly higher than other very rares from the same time [~3+ '09 rares x], but it is worth mentioning that not everyone trades by such strict rarity values. If traded generally, the pet would be worth the three month rule or 2 '09 rares.
For any of these horses, adjusted value on the part of demand would be up to trading users.

Rainbow Horse: .75-1 non, but closer to the higher end.
Marionette Dog: 1.5-2 nons, but closer to the higher end again

Lion-tail: I'm seeing 2.5-3 nons.

Judging from these values, I'd say this is pretty fair. Almost matches the margin of error, too!
