The Cheshire can get up to .25 non or slightly more, however it constantly trades at a steady 2-3 MA.
The alien dog on their side is 1-2 MA,
The Fairy got trades at 1 MA
2014 KO I dog trades at .5 MA
2 2016 Flying dogs equal .5 MA
The sitting cat may get 2-3 09 rare

So this is technically overpay for the Cheshire.
You may want a second opinion but this is my trade experience with these pets, and using the search function with data to back it this is what I found.

alien dogs are 1 ma as are the rest of the 2012 store pets.. they've been constantly fetching that and ppl trading it for 1.5 MA are definitely outliers + the sitting cat is just a regular 2010 rare and not a warrior cat so it's just a 2010 rare.

Unfair to you. Zodiacs are worth 2-3 09 rares each. Their 2018 store pet is worth 1 late 09 rare, which their 2019 store is worth an early 10 rare.

Yes, this is fair with the 2:1 rule as a 2014 common is worth 2 2015 commons/1 2015 unc.

Feel free to grab another opinion on this as Im not well versed in items but, yes, according to gay's list the gold garland can fetch 13+ nons each. The eat me is 4-5n and the drink me is 6n (source) making your side equal to 10-11n, so your side is under. That said, I don't know how easily the garland is traded for.

I can only help with the garland, but its demand does sit at its 13+ nons. So I second the opinion that you're under by at least 2 Non!
