Really unfair to you. The rat costume is still available at the store for 12 C$, the tiger dog plushie is from 2021 (this christmas event) and the tattoo can be bought in the store as well for cheap.
The stocking and turkey are from 2009 and I wouldn't value them less than a rare from that year. Not sure what year the party item is from. The giraffe is from this event, if you remove everything from their side but the plushie, it would be a fair swap (giraffe for tiger dog plushie).

This is actually unfair to you. Based on the source below your pets are worth more on C$ than 35 C$ On their side so I would simply remove some pets to make the values more equal. c:
