Very unfair to you, their side is only worth 1 2018 uncommon using the 2:1 rule for year differences and rarity differences

unfair to you, in both rarity and demand
your side is worth 4-5 09 rares, taking demand into consideration
their side only 2-2.5 09 rares + 1.5 13 rares
(even when the rat is listed as low advent or 4 09 rares, the demand pulls it down to 2-2.5 09 rares)

trade 1: very unfair to you as the item they are offring are mostly from more recent year and worth a common-uncommon of these
their side nowhere adds up to what they want

trade 2: the astronaut's costume is worth 1 ma and the glowabello is worth 1-2 09 rares
