Hello, I'm pretty sure you are correct, 2011 store pets are typically valued around ~2-4 MAs (I think this one specifically goes for around 2?) while the 2013 is only valued ~3-6 09 rares.

What is worth more? A 0.5 midadvent for a tier 6 advent? I think I have a grasp on worth values until dealing with advent tiers haha. Thanks in advance!
