That one is actually a PPS, albeit the PPS tag is a lil harder to see considering its colored orange and very well lined up with the orange stripe on the design ^^

It started on the 23rd last year, and the teaser was on the 22nd, so looks like it's right on track. I too wish Halloween was all month long!

It always started on a friday or saturday the week before Halloween and since it didn't start today, well... considering we got a little rat in the news, teasing us about Halloween... ... ... =)
