Hi, here´s a bit from the conversion list I use when trading store pets:
2015 = 2 2009 rares
2014 = 2 09 rares + 2010 rare
2013 = ~3-6 09 rares / Oct/Low advent
Kitsune is popular and has high demand - worth 1-1.5 MA (= 6-9 2009 rares)

Malk pets have a bit of demand as far as I know, I can´t say precisely what these two go for atm though

Anyway;
Their side: 14-17 2009 Rares
Your side: +- 9 2009 Rares (08 R = 2 09 Rs ; Malk dog, + I added additional 1 09 R to the malk wolf to cover potential demand)

2021 store pet = late 2010 rare

It´s a fair swap, but it´s also worth noting that horses as species aren´t as popular as canines

the items are relatively recent, and worth only a common/uncommon each.
so both pets and items don't add up to the pets they offer on
just for a reference; a 2011 uncommon is worth 10 uncommons from 2016 if you use the common 2:1 rule
