unfair to you. using the 2:1 rule, your side is worth about 2.75 2019 rares where theirs is only worth around 1

the BA is 1n or 10-12 ma
It depends where you value the 0.5n of the BMD.
If you value it at 7 mas, this trade is fair as your side adds up to 10.5 ma
if you value it at 5 or 6 ma it's unfair to the BA
