It depends on how you value rares to uncommons. If you value a rare as 2 uncommons within 3 months(I don't), then it's overpay on their side. If you value it as 3 or more, then it's a bit unfair to you since one of their uncommons is much more recent. Personally, I think you could do better.

imo that is unfair to your side. using the 4:1 rule their side is worth just about half a 2014 rare.
