according to current trade data, your store pet is worth a MA, which is roughly 7 - 8 '09 rares!
their bunny is from Easter 2009 and, due to it being a VR, is worth 2 '09 rares.

they would need to add 5 - 6 more '09 rares to make it fair, although it's preferred to keep the valued pet over rare bulk.

I'm pretty sure they are overpaying by a whole lot! all of their rats are on the mid advent tier, while the only real list pet on your side is the pumpkin b-wolf, which is a mid October and worth about half a mid advent. I guess some people value the card dog at a MA as well, do your side is worth roughly 2.5 MAs while their side is worth 10 MAs! even with the awful demand of the rats, this is extremely unfair to them.

This is unfair due to the fact that each of your items are worth .5n each, totaling up to 1.5n & UR Peas is valued at around .5-.75n due to it's bad demand (Also forgot to mention that the c$ doesn't even add up to a sorb value)

First one is slightly unfair to you if you go by the 3 month rule, but malks tend to have higher than average demand. I think it seems like a good trade.
