How does this trade look?

I am really only interested in swapping my store deer for the dragon cat pps (plus add on my side) so I am only interested in overpay of other pets. With that in mind where does this trade stand also taking demand into account?

Considering the vr Zebras lowered down to 0.75 or 8-9 mid advents it is fair, as your side adds up to 2 ma + 1 ma + 5-7 ma (or 0.5n), but Zebras are very hard to trade away and people rarely like to trade up to them.
