I’m thinking gold and silver are the colors you have referenced in the past. Also referring to your post on page 10 - “ I think you guys are forgetting that I don't always have dots on my middle stages.”

Will your cat have gold and silver sprinkles (dots) when it grows up?

Since we don’t have gold nor silver in palette, my kitty doesn’t but I am willing to say that my kitty does have to do with mythology. Think of gold and silver

They will be! However, so are the September staff dog litters, and many users (including myself), sort the staff dogs and GH cats separately than the regular month pets.

omg then i think the pps is a griffin! and is luckys! the beak looked griffin-ish to me from the start but i ignored the fact that the paws were not bird-like coz i thought must be just coz its a kitty, but if its a griffin or some other mythological creature then it makes sense!!! griffins also are linked to Nemesis, the goddess of retribution so that might explain the punishing ppl part etc, so my guess is the pps kitty is luckys

windy- eagles eye

I found this but am not sure if this is what you are talking about:

Khryseos & Argyreos were two dogs that were made out of gold and silver to be the guards of the palace of Alkinous, the King of the Phaiakians. They are sometimes only called The Gold & Silver Dogs of King Alkinous.

Homer, Odyssey 7. 87
"Golden doors closed the palace in [the palace of Alkinous King of the Phaiakians], and silver posts rose above the threshold; the lintel was of silver, the door-handle was of gold. Each side of the door were gold and silver watchdogs, deathless for ever and did not age, which Hephaistos with his wit and cunning had fashioned as guardians for the great house."


Of maybe this:

Pixiu- Chinese myth: a winged lion-like creature. it loves eating gold and silver. it is master of money and wealth. it is able to draw wealth from all directions and ward off evil spirits

Perhaps yours will be a winged lion-like creature that eats gold and silver, almost like the gold and silver sprinkles on a cupcake!


I looked up the gryphon/griffin and only found it to be associated with gold -
In Greek and Roman texts, griffins and Arimaspians were associated with gold deposits of Central Asia. Indeed, as Pliny the Elder wrote, "griffins were said to lay eggs in burrows on the ground and these nests contained gold nuggets."

Those are some really good starters to helping to figure out my kitty. One of the mythologies you mentioned is very close, but not quite there yet. To help you stay on track, I will say that mine is not a griffin. I will not deny any outcome.

omg i think luckys kitty is an Alicanto!!! it fits methinks!!! (or maybe im completely wrong lol)

alicantos wings are coloured gold if it eats gold n silver if it eats silver, miners can follow them to find ore deposits but if the miner is not of "good heart" the alicanto will guide the miner off a cliff....
that seems to fit right?
