it looks about fair to me! with every year a store pet gets older, the price raises by ~5C$ so a 2020 store pet is now 25 a 19 is about 30 and a 2018 is about 35 atm, using those as high values your pets side worth is about 100 for store pets alone, uncommons are tricky as its more a to each their own case, however 2013 for me is typically valued between 4~7C$ for me! I'd say it looks fair, as long as the store pets don't have some particular demand! So get a second opinion just in case!

your rat is originally from 2009, which their side doesn't add up to

however demand value is up to you

please use the search function, there are many replies for animal egg worths
an animal egg is worth an uncommon from their year, whilst some people may pay more.
