I’m completely aware that I’m under trading here. How much do I need to add to make it fair? I know that the zodiacs are just 2010 rares but I understand there’s a high demand? Thanks I’m advance!

Zodiacs typically got for 3 2009 rares or 150C$ :>
(on that trade, your side added up to 2 2010 rares, 1 2013 rare, and 1 2014 rare)

2013 store pets are only worth about 1 MA each (as a full set, corgis have been traded for 0.25 non). Link
Grinners typically go for 2-3 MAs (but consistently trade at 2 MAs). Link
So the trade for the grinner and corgis alone would be fair. (Although in my own personal experience, no one has ever accepted my grinner for 2 corgis).
A 2014 store pet is worth a low advent and a 2015 store pet is worth 2 2009 rares. This would make the side with the store pets overtrading by quite a bit. Especially considering the factor that store pets will increase in value over time.
