EDIT: oh geez if someone could help with this I'd really appreciate it too; I know most of those are commons and I assume it's probably more than fair to me but since it's so many pets and I'm pretty bad at gauging fairness I'd be grateful if someone could confirm it, thanks!

the first trade would be unfair to you: the general rule of thumb is that a rare pet from one year is worth 2 rare pets of the next year, meaning your 2019 rare is worth 2 2020 rares, which their side doesn't add up to (the unknown rarity pet is almost definitely not going to be rare!)
the same applies for the second, which is very very unfair to you: a 2020 rare is worth 2 2020 uncommons, or 1 2019 uncommon. by contrast, just the 2014 uncommon is worth a 2015 rare = 32 2020 rares!

this seems pretty fair to me: a 2020 store pet is generally worth a 2010 rare = 2 2011 rares!
