So the tess horse is not on horror's list, nor the ex-list, so it would be worth the 3 month rule. The tess horse is a rerelease from 09 of 2008. Not sure if you value true dates more than rereleases, but it would technically be fair according to the 3 month rule for the card dog.

The green robot rat's rarity kinda depends on the person, but i think on the higher end can be traded off for around 1 or even 2 09 rares (Here is the post for that successful trade). Their side is worth about 1 09 rare/vr (for the C$ according to this thread) + 2010 rare.

Imo this trade is a bit of an overtrade on their side.
