Looks like they are overpaying then, a 2010 VR is worth a 09 rare, and the 2012 is just kinda add on
their pet is a tess horse usually valued a bit better than other horses, but horses overall have low demand, however their side is worth 2 09 rares!

Your pet is a Low october list + a sitting cat that means they are worth around 3 09 rares they are offering a 09 vr horse, worth 2 09 and a 10 rare, imo unfair to you, as sitting cats have decent demand overall, whilst horses have low demand
