so i just got this trade offer after my ladt post here and i don’t even know what to say

is animal egg 2 really worth that much???? i feel like i’d be crazy to decline but also i have no idea what i’m doing, someone please help? i’m not used to high value trading at ALL aaaaaa

thank you for all your opinions everyone! i just got sent another trade for the animal egg. not gonna lie, this one is really tempting since i collect bunnies, but i have no idea how the joker bun measures up in worth to gwj/zebra/the omgsr malk dragon. honestly all of this is a little overwhelming since i’ve had this egg for months and only started getting an influx of trade offers for it today, so any advice would be very much appreciated!

from doing a little research, animal egg 2 is one of the harder animal eggs to find and can go for 2+ nons alone

second trade is offering 2-2.5 nons (depending on how you value the zebra
third trade is offering 1-1.5 nons

it comes down to what you want for the animal egg and how you value it. but i would get multiple opinions as i am not good with items

There’s 9 2016 commons, 5 2015 commons, 9 2014 commons, 7 2013 uncommons, 7 2013 uncommons, 7 2012 uncommons, 6 2011 uncommons

Some people use the 2:1 rule (2 uncommons = rare from that year) but personally I use the 5:1 rule (5 uncommons = rare From that year)

Actual math stuff:
9 2016 commons = 4.5 uncommons 2016 —> 2.25 2015 uncommons + 5 2015 commons (2.5 uncommons) = 4.75 2015 uncommons —> 2.5 2014 uncommons (rounding up) + 9 2014 commons (4.5 2014 uncommons) = 7 2014 uncommons —> 3.5 2013 uncommons + 7 2013 uncommons = 10.5 2013 uncommons —> 5.25 2012 uncommons + 7 12uncommons = 12.25 2012 uncommons —> 6.25 (rounding up) 2011 uncommons + 6 2011 uncommons = 12.25 2011 uncommons

Your side is worth 12.25 2011 uncommons (excluding 2009 staff pet)
Which would go down to 6.25 2010 —> or 3 2009 uncommons if you use the 2:1 rule this is fair to both side, if you use any other rule, this is unfair to them

Staff pets tend to go for overpay, I just can’t apply demand in this situation as I don’t know how to

So this trade is unfair to you, it only would be fair for 1 of your staff pets

if i added correctly, the trade is over on their side, so they would be overpaying. but in case i am mistaken please get a second opinion

This is unfair to them, they’re offering 8 pets for your 10, but 6 of there’s are older than yours

Actual math stuff:
Your side: 8 uncommons 2015 + 2 commons 2015 = 10 2015
10 2015 uncommons —> 5 2014 —> 2.5 2013 —> 1.25 2012 uncommon

They’re already offering 2 2012 uncommons for your side which is over
But not everyone likes to use the 2:1 rule like this

Really in the end it’s what you prefer, but overall, they’re overpaying
(I’m not considering any kind of demand)

i mean its fair, but the july PPS doesn't really have good demand. Plus the patchwork and marrionnette can get better offers. you'd be better off keeping them.

the second one is nice for a sunjewel trade. your side is about 3.5 ish nons and the sunjewel 3-3.5 nons so it really depends what you want to do but you could remove the laptop etc. from he trde and just do the pachy,mar and sorb. but you can get better offers again

Thanks for your advice. I may put them up for auction and see what else I get offered. Neither trade particularly interest me greatly to be honest in terms of their contents but wanted to know roughly how fair they were. Thankyou so much! X
