I’ve been severely out of touch with trading in cs so I’d appreciate some help with this.
They say that the card dogs are going for an MA each at the moment. They’re willing to add C$180 on top of this offer.

card dogs generally go for 4 09 rares (0.5 MA), but could push 1 MA with demand - source 1, 2, 3.

I also found this same user commenting about card dogs twice - one response stating they are worth 4 09 rares, then the very next day saying they're worth 1-2 MAs, which I disagree with (personally).
judging from recent trades, the card dogs settle consistently at 3-4 09 rares (or a t1 advent).

if valuing the card dogs @ 4 09 rares each, that totals 16 09 rares (2 MAs). the gearback consistently goes for 3-4 MAs, so this would be unfair.
if valuing the card dogs @ 4 MAs, then this would be perfectly fair in exchange.
ultimately, it depends on how you value the card dogs. maybe have a discussion with your partner/ have a look at the sources I linked and reach a conclusion? personally I don't value the card dogs at 1 MA, but they are fairly popular.

personally I feel like this would be unfair to the punk dog
all of the rares/very rares on your side don't have any important demand (to my knowledge)
and the punks can get .5 nons (besides the lolita - which can get a non)
all in all - they're overpaying
please get another opinion or two - this is just my own opinion

It is slightly unfair to you if you view each item as a common. Their side equals about 1 2013 un/common, 1 2014 un/common, 1 2015 un/common, 1 2016 un/common, 1 2018 un/common and 1 2019 un/common. If you view the items as uncommons each (I personally view each item after 2015 as a common each unless it is popular/has demand), then it would be more in your favor (1 2013 uncommon = 1 2012 common = 1 2011 very common, 1 2014 uncommon = 1 2013 common)
