For the first one, based on value I think it is fair. You'll have to decide on demand or get a second opinion (I'm not great with demand, sorry).

For the second one, I'd say it's fair or slightly over on their side. The dog on their side likely has slightly higher demand than the other pets (spiders, horses, etc).

It's hard to say about this as the rarities haven't been released yet for this month. If you'd prefer a more direct swap for unknown rarities, you could remove the uncommon gnome and do a straight swap (3 unknown for 3 unknown for example), just to get missed outcomes. There's always a little risk though trading unknown rarity pets, as you're never going to know exactly what the rarity will be! Otherwise, you could try and wait until later in this month when rarities have been released. Hope that helps!
