Your pet is a 2014 store pet which are valued at 2 '09 rares. What they are offering is fair, but it's worth mentioning that the dragon cat store pets have high demand (despite being "common" for their year) so it really depends on how much you like the pets they're offering!

Unfair to the person offering on the dragon, when it comes down to it a malk dragon is just a regular 09 rare, even with ‘demand’ the other side would still be worth more due to the zodiac dog paired with the other pets
