1. fair if not overpay on their part depending on how you value the cat, the uc really doesnt affect it that much, most 2009 vrs go for 55C$ (a bit more for your cat as it is a malk) give or take, i'd accept it personally

4. chesire is abt 2 MA's and each of the dogs go for 6-7 09 rares so they're about a MA's worth, i'd say its fair to a little under, again depending on how you value the cat and that it has a pretty good demand

it's a fair trade, both have about the same demand, they're from the same year and everything, really depends on which pet you personally like more
