not sure about the items. but the first (pet) trade is unfair to you. the second with the smore, is technically fair as it has been going for about 1.5-2 nons (occasionally three) but its new so demand is uncertain at the moment. so therefore the demand is up to you. (i would get a second opinion)

Valuing the pets on the bulk side at 1 mid advent each except for the roadkill PPS, that side would be a little under 8 mid advents (Roadkill PPS is low advent). The Holly goes for 1-1.5 nons (I personally I have seen the lower end being offered more). The bulk side would need to add 2-10 mid advents depending on where you and your trading partner value a non (10-12 mid advents) and the holly (10-18 mid advents). I'd recommend getting another opinion from someone who can slim down the 2-10 range for you.
