I'm going to say this is fair. Yes, the kitsune does have a bit more demand, but the years and the quantity of the other store pets should make up for that. It's probably good to get a second opinion, though.

Unfair to the store pet. A recent store pet is worth roughly a 2010 rare. The bulk recents and couple of older uncommons don't add up

They’re overpaying, your pets don’t have any special worth above other pets released in the same timeframe.
