How fair is this rarity and demand wise? Please help tysm

This is what their side is worth
Patchy Pink September - 1.5 to 2 MA's
Purple Bat Dog - 2 to 3 MA's
White Grown Scarf Dog - 3 to 4 09' Rares

You side is worth
UR Mint Horse - 0.5 to 1 Non
2015 Store Pet - 1 Early (Jan~April) 09' Rare
2014 Store Pet - 2 09' R

So 0.5-1 non calculates to about
1 Non = 10-12 MA's
0.5 Non = 5-7 MA'
Their side calculates to about 5 MA's

So I would say you're over paying rarity wise but with taking demand into account their side may be a little more valuable.

Would $c160 be over for a tier 1 advent Dark Wood Dog? It seems a little much to me, but I also haven't traded for lists in a long time.

Yes C$160 would be overpay on the C$ side. A tier one is worth about C$65-70. You could get a tier 2 September list for C$140-160.

Demand wise the Hollyfox Dog does have more demand.
Its worth about 1.5 to 3 MA's while the Evil PPS is only worth about 6 to 7 09' Rares ESTIMATED.

The added dog is only worth the 3 month rule.
