Is this fair rarity and demand wise? What’s each side worth in nons?

From what I’ve heard the cinnabon is worth about a non but can go for 1.5-2
The UR PPS Galaxy Cat is worth 1-1.5 nons. So they are pretty similar in worth.
I’m not really sure about fairness wise in this trade but I’ve heard the Galaxy Cat is fairly easy to trade off but I’m not sure about the Cinnabon as I don’t have experience with trading it (:
