Hello, I got a question about the lower store pets. I see the butterfly wolf ones are placed at 4-5 09 rares to 1 mid advent.
I care across this list for the other store pets:
2020 = late 2010 rare
2019 = mid 2010 rare
2018 = early 2010 rare
2017 = late 2009 rare
2016 = mid 2009 rare
2015 = early 2009 rare
2014 = 2 2009 rares
2013 = 2 09 rares + 2010 rare

I wanted to ask how accurate that list is because there seems to be a little jump in price and it you go by the listed ones being worth a mid advent, then it's a big jump in price. I have a trade in progress for items and I don't want to underpay them for their items, though I don't want to overpay either. It just seems 09' rare is a bit under for a 2015 store pets. That's a 5 year old store pet.

I've stated this before but there is no 100% accurate guide or list anywhere as it is impossible since people put their own value on pets. This list is only meant to be only a guide to base from and add your own value to it. If a pet says it can go for 4 to 5 rares, you may choose to pick 4 rares or 5 or even 3 or 6, that's totally up to you but you get a rough estimated idea of what does the value of pets round. For example, you want a Joker Bunny but have no idea what it goes for and see it goes for 1 to 1.5 Nons, you get the idea of the value and decide you'll start offering 1 Non for it but may end up being able to bargain 0.75 Nons value for it. It doesn't mean that because you got it for 0.75 that the list is wrong it is just the persons personal demand and yours that played their part and was able to obtain it. Thats what this list is for, to get a rough idea and base your own values off of it.

What I'm trying to say is that the list you found regarding the Store Pets and the one you've seen which is the one within my topic is made by people, yours also is made by people, that's way they vary from one to another depending on what value people put themselves but both are fairly accurate to what people value their pets at.

Yeah, it is very frustrating. Since the devs are not the ones to set a price and everyone basically does whatever they feel like is right it can really be difficult to attempt to get close to a set value. Unfortunately, this is as close as I could take it. I'm sorry.

just out of curiosity. If a non is worth 1200 C$, and the banana is worth a stable 1-1.5 nons, why isnt the C$ price around 1200 C$? Is it due to demand?

Its just what people trade it for, I have honestly tried to make like a rational list of C$ prices based on similar Value Pricings but it just doesn't make any sense at all because who knows why certain pets go for X price, much less or much more than what their pet worth is. I'm just as confused as you are.
