the pets besides the zebra are worth about 1.5-2 ma's, the cat is worth 1-1.5 nons
i would say it's fair but i don't know about demand for either omgsr pets

For the first trade, your side is worth roughly 6.5 09 rares with no demand factored in. Their side is worth roughly 9.5-10.5 09 rares, the cookie dog worth 7-8 09 rares alone (again, with no demand in mind). That would make their side overpay by 3-4 09 rares.

Demand-wise, I believe the store pets on your side all have average demand that wouldn't affect the trade, same goes for their cookie dog.

i can try to help with the second trade but im not that experienced with item values 🤧
the python is from 2011 and the raven perch from 2013, from what i've found they are each worth about an uncommon from their respective years, so the store pet side is overpaying with 2 09 rare's worth

idk about demand but i can't imagine them being worth more than a 2011 rare/2013 rare each respectively so its over regardless
